Hi, we’re Skott and Ryan. We’re a mortgage broker team in Regina. We are growing our business, and we need a Mortgage Broker Assistant to help us make it happen.

Help Take Our Business To The Next Level

We need your solid organizational and communication skills to execute on these major tasks in your role:

  • preparing document packages for clients
  • uploading completed files
  • ordering home appraisals
  • updating client databases
  • sending out thank-you cards to our incredible clients and referral partners
  • developing feature sheets for realtor partners
  • contacting lawyers to ensure mortgage documentation is received
  • producing client pre-approval letters
  • continuously finding new ways for our team to improve

Is This You?

You’re self-motivated, loyal, and always looking for a better way to get things done. You can spot wasted time/money, and you want to crush that waste – you know you can get more things done quicker if we can make one small change.

Attention to detail should be a natural skill of yours. You handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. You have been a team player who communicates professionally with clients, and is a steel-trap with follow-through on tasks and assignments.  You should be able to learn new skills and gather the information needed to adapt to the ever- changing mortgage industry.

Bonus Points

Previous experience in mortgage or banking is a plus. An even bigger bonus – you know the lingo, and know how mortgage brokers fit into the real estate industry. In your cover letter, tell us how you have made a business process or flow better.

Remote

The majority of work will be able to be completed at home. You will be a vital member of our team, and we will be counting on you to help us maintain a successful mortgage broker business. Only apply if you want to be part of a fast-growing team who really cares about their clients.

Compensation

Income will be earned on an hourly basis, as required. This will start at approximately 20 hours per week, but full-time hours are definitely a possibility, as you grow into the role. Compensation will fall between $15-$20/hour, based on experience.

Ready? Let’s Do This

Send a one-page resume, and a one-page cover letter to apply. Include an example of how you have gone beyond a customer’s expectations.
